In my native country storytelling is used as a platform for passing down history, culture, and heritage. Stories were ideal to form family bonding, evoke faith, and establish integrity. As a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University, I evoke my storytelling heritage through a passion for providing compelling user experiences that improve brand loyalty, customer retention and visit-to-order ratios. I believe through the art of story telling, Brands become more user-centered which maximizes user engagement thereby cementing strong brand identities.
