THE PROBLEM:
Cemeteries can be spooky, as a matter of fact scary. As a child growing up I avoided everything associated to death. Because all there was at cemeteries were darkness. Thats the perception we have when it comes to cemeteries, My 8 year old self would cringe at the thought of spending a day with ghost, vampires and mummies. But why is that. other cultures seem to celebrate death as if it was a bridge to the after life. What if we can reimagine the dead as living stories and reinterpret our perception of cemeteries.
Goal:
In a new world we wanted to image the future of cemeteries and how it resonated with the living. With that in mind we asked our selves. What would a cemetery look like in the future.
